The hotel's location is fantastic. it's just a short walk from Columbia Center Mall and various dining options like Red Robin.

The internet connection was slower than expected, making it difficult to get work done.

The staff were super friendly, making check-in a breeze. The pool area was a hit with the family, and we loved having our two dogs join us. The room had great amenities like a microwave and fridge, making our stay comfortable.

I had a great time at the indoor pool, it was just the right temperature for the kids to have a blast. The breakfast was full of options, like scrambled eggs and sausage, and the staff always kept it clean and stocked.

It was not exactly budget-friendly but you get what you pay for in some cases.

Free Wi-Fi was slow, but the 24-hour reception was super helpful.

The room was pretty comfy overall. I had a King Room and it was spacious, but getting through the space between the bed and TV unit was a bit tight. The biggest bummer was the AC that couldn't shut off, which made it tough to sleep. Also, the TV didn’t work, and that was annoying. On the bright side, the location is great with tons of dining options nearby!
